At Apperlo Art, we believe every piece we create should tell a story. When Cape Harbour invited us to design a mosaic for the entrance of their marina, we saw more than an archway—we saw an opportunity to capture the essence of Southwest Florida and offer a lasting first impression to everyone who passes through.

We wanted the mosaic to feel like Cape Coral. That meant vibrant blues, tropical palms, boats slicing through sunlit water, and an atmosphere that instantly evokes warmth, community, and escape. We sketched, refined, and imagined until the scene came alive on paper. Then came the transformation—one tile at a time.

Each piece of glass was cut by hand and placed with intention. We selected durable, weather-resistant materials that could withstand Florida’s climate while maintaining their color and clarity for years to come. The process was both meticulous and deeply rewarding. Like many of our large-scale projects, it was a blend of artistic vision, technical precision, and collaboration—between our team and the Cape Harbour community.

This mosaic isn’t just a decorative accent—it’s a symbol. It reflects the spirit of the marina and the lifestyle it offers. For residents and visitors alike, it’s a welcome to a place that blends luxury with laid-back charm, adventure with serenity.

We’re honored to have contributed a piece of art that greets so many with color, energy, and a sense of arrival. And we hope it brings a smile, a pause, or a moment of connection to everyone who walks beneath it.
